Writing Week

In January 2009 the children at Holy Family took part in a whole school writing week. We had a giant egg myseriously appear in our playground over the Christmas holidays. The children used this experience to be creative with a variety of different writing techniques and styles including, reporting, instructions, research, recounting, questioning, labels and using descriptive language. At the end of the week we had a whole school story writing competition. The winners will have their work displayed on the website.
